A tool to monitor and control their machine fleet efficiently and conveniently.

The Easy Control System features a 7-inch full-color touchscreen combined with physical control buttons, providing intuitive operation and enhanced operator convenience.

The spray bar automatically follows the screed, ensuring uniform emulsion application while preventing overspray.

A total of 25 precision nozzles provide a spray width of up to 3 meters, with automatic control for maximum accuracy. The Start/Stop function delivers a smooth and consistent spray pattern and allows the spray width to be extended up to 6.5 meters.

The 2,100-liter emulsion tank is equipped with a premium insulation layer to minimize heat loss and maintain optimum emulsion temperature.

The 18 kW electric heating system rapidly heats the emulsion while continuously monitoring the temperature through multiple sensors, ensuring precise temperature control and improved fuel efficiency.

Powered by a Cummins engine, the system delivers reliable performance while automatically cleaning the spray lines after operation, preventing clogging and significantly extending the service life of the spraying system.

The high-capacity supply and return system features onboard dual-side filling pumps, allowing rapid emulsion loading. The fast-return circuit enables precise flow control and supports various construction requirements while keeping the work area clean.

Wide-angle electronically controlled spray nozzles ensure a highly uniform spray pattern while minimizing material consumption.

The nozzles operate independently with automatic flow-rate adjustment according to paving speed, delivering consistent spray coverage and simplifying maintenance.

The VARIO SPEED system automatically adjusts engine speed according to actual operating demand, minimizing fuel consumption and reducing engine wear.

It is particularly effective during frequent changes in paving speed or screed movement.

Powered by a 6-cylinder Cummins engine, the paver delivers outstanding operating stability and ample power under demanding working conditions.

With a maximum output of 142 kW, the machine provides exceptional construction capability while maintaining continuous material feeding and paving operations.

The optimized hydraulic system further enhances overall machine efficiency, while the direct PTO drive improves the performance of both the cleaning system and machine operation.

The tamper is designed with a special geometry to ensure smooth material movement while eliminating dead zones in front of the screed, resulting in a smoother and more uniform pavement surface.

The tamper can be adjusted from 25 to 85 Hz to achieve optimum compaction performance under different paving conditions.

Combined with a high-frequency vibrator and a Hardox 500 wear-resistant tamper bar, the system significantly improves aggregate interlock, paving density, and pavement durability.

The specially designed guide plate effectively directs and evenly distributes paving material, maintaining a stable material head in front of the screed for improved paving quality and a superior finished surface.

The 4-guide-column screed minimizes deformation while ensuring excellent paving quality over wide paving widths.

Its floating screed design allows smooth material flow, enhances paving flatness, and reduces segregation.

The low-profile screed provides excellent visibility, enabling operators to clearly monitor material flow during paving operations.

The electric heating system ensures rapid and uniform temperature distribution across the screed plates.

Independent temperature control is available through either the remote control or the LED display.

The direct heating system enables fast warm-up, stable operation, reduced heat loss, and lower maintenance costs.

The Dynapac Stage V engine combines low emissions, high fuel efficiency, and operator comfort. It reduces CO₂ emissions by up to 11 tons and saves up to 4,200 liters of fuel annually. The paver platform supports seamless upgrades from Stage IIIA, IIIB, and IV to Stage V without affecting design, visibility, or operating comfort.
