  • TTM’s burners are self-designed and manufactured, applying automatic digital control technology. This design allows the flame size to perfectly match TTM’s drying drum size, aiming to minimize fuel consumption. The burner is capable of burning various types of fuel such as FO oil, DO oil, and natural gas.
  • The blower and oil pump use frequency inverter control (Schneider, France). The fuel-to-air ratio is controlled and adjusted via the frequency inverter, with digital display on the screen, providing easy operation and fuel savings.
  • TTM equips its burners with two oil pump motors, allowing the remaining pump to be used if one fails.
  • TTM burners operate on the principle of differential pressure, which allows the oil pump to work more smoothly and extends its lifespan.
  • TTM designs sliding rails, facilitating the movement of the burner for inspection, maintenance, and servicing.

Optimized for plant design: Flame size matches the drying drum for more efficient heat transfer.

Smart digital control: Uses Schneider (France) frequency inverters to precisely adjust the air/fuel ratio.
