Ride quality has been optimized to ensure driver comfort and protect the chassis. With the Reyco leaf suspension on the front axle (applied to GT-750EL-3 / GT-750ER-3 / GT-600EL-3 / GT-600ER-3 models), maneuverability and smoothness have been significantly improved.
Additionally, the rubber suspension system co-developed with Hendrickson has proven exceptional durability even under the harshest road conditions, while enhancing driving comfort and making maintenance easier.
The automated manual transmission is equipped to provide driver comfort, making control easier and safer
In 1991, Tadano pioneered a control system that enables safe crane operation even with asymmetrical outrigger extensions, thanks to outrigger width detection technology.
This technology later evolved into Smart Chart—an advanced system that enhances lifting performance, even when outriggers are fully extended. Smart Chart expands the working range from a circular cone to a square pyramid, optimizing lifting capacity across all outrigger extension setups.
The two-section, side-folding jib allows for easy installation even in confined spaces
The counterweight can be installed or removed hydraulically via remote control without the need for an auxiliary crane.
When operating the crane with asymmetrical outrigger extensions, the AML-C system automatically detects the extension width of the front, rear, left, and right outriggers to optimize the rated lifting capacity for each zone.
When slewing the boom from an area with wider outrigger extensions to an area with narrower ones, the AML-C automatically detects the movement and displays the maximum load capacity based on each outrigger width, while simultaneously slowing down the motion before reaching the rated capacity limit.
Therefore, even if the operator is unaware of the change in capacity, the AML-C system continuously monitors and ensures safe operation.
Hello-Net is a standard feature designed to help customers manage crane operations efficiently directly from a computer or mobile device. Customers can monitor crane activities, work history, machine location data, and maintenance information. Tadano provides enhanced customer support through the Hello-Net system.
