The event was not only an important networking opportunity between PALFINGER Vietnam and its dealer network, but also marked a significant strategic transformation for the world-leading crane brand in the Vietnamese market.
Under its global 2026–2030 strategy, PALFINGER targets:
Global revenue exceeding EUR 3 billion
EBIT reaching 12%
ROCE achieving 15%
Notably, the AECI region (APAC excluding China and India) has been identified as a key growth market, targeting a 77% increase from EUR 36.1 million to EUR 70.4 million.
Among these markets, Vietnam stands out as one of the fastest-growing countries in the region, with a revenue target of EUR 5.03 million by 2030 — representing a remarkable 144% growth compared to the current EUR 1.3 million.
PALFINGER’s strategy is built around three core pillars:
Enhancing customer value
Sustainable and efficient growth
Excellence in every action

During the conference, PALFINGER Vietnam introduced its partner development program aimed at establishing a standardized and professional nationwide dealer ecosystem.
The program focuses on three main responsibilities: Sales – Installation – After-sales service
Dealer evaluation criteria were comprehensively structured around:
Facilities
Human resources
Marketing
Financial capability
Equipment & tools
Systems & processes
Data reporting
Importantly, PALFINGER APAC Vietnam (PAV) will directly support dealers through:
Professional training
Technical consultation
Troubleshooting support
Connection with PALFINGER’s global network
This demonstrates PALFINGER’s long-term commitment and serious investment in the Vietnamese market, with a strong customer-centric approach.

One of the key highlights of the conference was the introduction of PALFINGER’s standardized 9-step operational process.
The process covers the entire customer journey:
Quotation → Contract → Installation → Delivery → After-sales Service
Each step clearly defines:
Responsible personnel
Expected outcomes
Required documentation
In addition, the PAC Online system was introduced to digitize and synchronize operational data between PALFINGER and its dealer network, improving efficiency and service quality across all operations.
Another major focus of the conference was PALFINGER Vietnam’s strategy to strengthen its spare parts and after-sales service network.
PALFINGER officially launched a spare parts stocking program involving both dealers and PAV to:
Improve warranty response time
Support after-sales business activities
Minimize crane downtime for customers
This initiative is considered highly distinctive within Vietnam’s crane industry, clearly reflecting PALFINGER’s long-term investment mindset and customer-oriented strategy.

Alongside technical and after-sales strategies, PALFINGER also presented its new sales and marketing direction for the Vietnamese market.
The company aims to accelerate the transition from the traditional “custom-made” model toward a more efficient “ready-made” business approach.
Ready-to-deliver configurations include:
PK series: 2 models
SPK series: 4 models
SPS series: 2 models
Target delivery time: within 30 days.
At the same time, PALFINGER will:
Expand cooperation with truck dealer networks such as Hino, Isuzu, Hyundai, JAC, and FAW
Deploy the Sales Pocket platform for real-time updates on available models, pricing, images, and application videos
This marks an important step toward improving customer accessibility and accelerating sales efficiency in Vietnam.
