Since its establishment in 2004, Tietuo Machinery Co., Ltd. (Tietuo Machinery, or TTM for short) has continuously developed to become one of China’s leading manufacturers of asphalt mixing and recycling plant equipment. Guided by the philosophy of “Driving development through technological innovation,” TTM has built a diverse, internationally standardized product ecosystem, serving both domestic and global markets.

Initial Phase: 2004 – 2010

• 2004: Tietuo was officially established in Quanzhou, Fujian. In its first year, the company successfully developed the SLB series double-drum continuous asphalt mixing plant and asphalt recycling plant.

• 2005–2006: Launched the QLB continuous mixing plant and QLB20 mobile plant. Recognized as a “Fujian Province High-Tech Enterprise” and achieved ISO14001 and OHSAS18000 system certifications.

• 2007–2010: The RLB-1000, RQLB, and SLB products were successively ranked among the “Top 50 Chinese Construction Machinery Products”; Tietuo became a leading reputable manufacturer in the country.

Rapid Development Phase: 2011 – 2015

• 2011–2013: A series of products such as LB1500 and RLBZ2000 were listed among the national leading equipment. Tietuo received provincial-level invention awards and the title of “Customer Satisfied Enterprise.”

• 2014–2015: Established a provincial-level technology research center. The TS(W) recycling equipment and multi-functional product lines won municipal and national awards. Achieved CU-TR certification for export to the Russian market.

Technological Innovation Phase: 2016 – 2020

• 2016–2017: Tietuo maintained its position among the top 10 enterprises supplying asphalt mixing plants. The YLB1500 mobile product and R&D projects received awards for service-oriented manufacturing.

• 2018–2020: Recognized as a “Provincial Green Factory” and a “Pioneering Enterprise” in innovation. The environmentally friendly TSC and TSEC series plants were practically implemented in major cities such as Hangzhou and Wuhan.

International Integration Phase: 2021 to Present

• 2021: Successfully organized a scientific seminar in Moscow and participated in the Bauma CTT 2021 international exhibition in Russia. In the same year, the China Construction Machinery Association approved the issuance of 5 sets of standards for asphalt mixing plants.

• Currently: Tietuo continues to promote the production of intelligent, environmentally friendly equipment, actively participates in international exhibitions, enhances standardization capabilities, and drives digital transformation in the construction machinery manufacturing industry.
