OVERVIEW

At the major construction site of Long Thanh Airport, contractor Vinaconex is mobilizing about 600 specialized vehicles and 735 regular workers to operate in 3 shifts on the site, taking advantage of favorable weather, and increasing working hours to 24/7 to accelerate progress.

The Long Thanh Airport project commenced on January 5, 2021, with the Vietnam Airports Corporation (ACV) as the investor. Phase 1 of the project has a total investment of over 109 trillion VND, meeting international airport standard level 4F, including: 1 runway, 1 passenger terminal, along with synchronized auxiliary items. The contractor consortium of Truong Son – Vinaconex – ACC – Cienco 8 – Phuc Loc – Consulting is responsible for executing package 3.4, which includes construction items for leveling and drainage works with a value of 4,411.62 billion VND.
