A concrete anti-drop valve typically consists of two main parts:
Control valve assembly: Responsible for regulating flow, receiving signals from the central control system or changes in pipeline pressure.
Hydraulic cylinder: Installed at the three-way junction (Y-piece) on the main pipeline, responsible for opening and closing the flow according to control signals.
Operating Principle:
When the pump operates normally, the valve opens to allow concrete flow. When the system stops operating or encounters a pressure fault, the control valve assembly immediately activates the hydraulic cylinder to close the valve, preventing concrete from flowing backward. When operation resumes, the valve opens, allowing normal flow to continue.
Depending on the project scale and technical requirements, anti-drop valves are classified into two main types:

Operated by hydraulic pressure, typically used for large systems requiring automatic operation and high precision.
